Ice-O-Matic Warranty - Water Filter Program

When you purchase an Ice-O-Matic Cube Ice Maker (any model in the ICE Series), you will have the opportunity to take advantage of Ice-O-Matic's incredible Seven Year Parts and Labor Warranty on the evaporator. This is the only 7-year evaporator warranty in the ice maker industry. It truly is the best warranty you can get.

Here is how it works:

When you purchase your Ice-O-Matic ICE Series Cube Ice Maker, the standard warranties are:

Three years for Parts and Labor on the machine as a whole.
Five years (Parts Only) on the evaporator and on the compressor.

But if you purchase an Ice-O-Matic manufactured water filter system (IFQ1) at the same time that you purchase the ICE Series Cube Ice Machine you will receive Seven years coverage Parts AND Labor on the evaporator.

Upon receipt of your ICE Series Cuber Ice Maker and your Ice-O-Matic water filter system, you will go to Ice-O-Matic's website to register both the Ice Maker and the water filter with their model and serial numbers.

Then every six months when you replace the cartridge in the water filter, you will go back to the Ice-O-Matic site and enter in the new, replacement cartridge's serial number.

That is all that is required to maintain this extended warranty program.

So for the extra initial investment in a water filter system, your Ice-O-Matic warranties will be:

Three years for Parts and Labor on the machine as a whole.
Five years (Parts Only) on the compressor.
Seven years (Parts and Labor) on the evaporator.

This extra long warranty program for the evaporator is only available in the U.S. and Canada.
